From the moon to misplaced mail, travel still amazes
Dolly J. Hennis
Dolly J. Hennis, 55, of Jewett, died Wednesday, Dec. 10, at Harrison Community Hospital, Cadiz. She was born July 7, 1959 in Dennison, Ohio, a daughter of the late William and Ida M. Beamer Booth. Dolly was a Bus Aid at Harrison Central High School and a member of the Harrison County Antique Tractor Club.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur W. Hennis, Sr.in 2012. Surviving are a son, Art (Jennifer) Hennis, Jr. of Jewett; a step-son,Scott Allen Hennis of Newcomerstown; three step-grandchildren; two sisters, Deb (Jack) Young of Massillon and Mary (Anthony) Knight of Cadiz; three brothers, William S. (Betty) Booth of Sherrodsville, John (Kim) Booth and Jay Booth, all of Leesville; and many nieces and nephews.
Friends may call Monday, 4-8 p.m. at Clark-Kirkland Funeral Home, 172 S. Main St., Cadiz, where services will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. with Rev. David Lee officiating. Burial will follow at Fairview Gardens Cemetery, Jewett. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society. Online condolences may be made at www.clark-kirkland.com
