Judi A. Foster, of Sherrodsville, passed away March 23, 2026, at the Aultman Compassionate Care Center in Canton, one day before her 82nd birthday.

Born March 24, 1944, in Clarksburg, West Virginia, to the late Clifford and Garnett Wright Barker, Judith was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Clifford “Buddy” Barker.

She is survived by her husband of more than 64 years, Marvin “Butch” Foster Sr.; her children, Bambi (Brian) Merrick of Dellroy, Anita (Donnie) Borland of Carrollton, and Marvin “Butch” Foster Jr. (Shelly) of West Lafayette; six grandchildren, Jason (Esther) Merrick, Jenni (Clif) Cree, Hunter (Mindy) Borland, Addie (Damin) Beadnell, Zac (Toree) Foster and Derek (Destinie) Foster; three step-grandchildren, Olivia Brady, Taylor (Daniel) Renteria and Brianna Brady; 11 great-grandchildren, Jaxon Merrick; Kyson and Maverick Cree; Cohen, Mia and Layla Borland; Brooks Beadnell; Emmalyne and Oaklynn Foster; and Hallie and Neilie Foster; seven step-great-grandchildren, Mason Weatherwax; Adrianna Beadnell; Mylee Finnicum; Bruno, Blakely and Brogan Renteria; and Arlo Foster; and several nieces and nephews.

Judi will be remembered for her love of her “grandbabies,” walking on the beach collecting seashells, watching birds from her back deck, and her passion for quilting, puzzles and her favorite sports teams, the Cleveland Cavaliers and Cleveland Guardians.

Private services were held at Bauer-Turner Funeral Home in Woodsfield with Pastor Dan Parson officiating. Burial followed in Friendship Cemetery in Lewisville.
