Adrian Allenbaugh, 59, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on April 10, 2026.

He was born in Ashland County Ohio on August 27, 1966. He was raised by Enos and Nettie Kurtz in Hartville, Ohio and was a member of Evermore Community Church, (formerly Hartville Mennonite,) where he was baptized.

He was a graduate of Southgate School and worked at The Workshops for many years. He most recently resided at The Meadows at Gentlebrook in Hartville.

He is survived by sisters Elaine Doll, Malinda Evans, Lisa Rowland, Jolene Popik and Cindy Hall, brothers Ken Kurtz and Larry Kurtz and their families. He leaves behind many beloved friends.

He was known and loved for his beautiful smile and love for music. He loved Jesus and his hope of Heaven, and we rejoice with him now that he is running free, no longer confined to his earthly wheelchair.

The family would like to thank the staff at Gentlebrook who cared for and loved him. Services will be held Thursday, April 16, 2026, at Evermore Community Church, with visitation at 10 a.m. followed by the Celebration of Life at 11 a.m.
