Colton James Dorsey
Colton James Dorsey, 18, passed away Friday, May 1, 2026, at his residence.
He was born May 18, 2007, in Coshocton, to Fawn Love and Jamie Dorsey. He was a 2025 graduate of River View High School, where he was on the wrestling team. He was an employee of McWane Ductile in Coshocton, known there as a hard worker who loved his job. He attended The River Church in Coshocton.
Colton was a silly and fun-loving person who loved to help people. He would give to those in need regardless if they even asked. He loved time spent outdoors for archery and hunting, and liked MMA wrestling.
He is survived by his father, Jamie (Coya) Dorsey of Warsaw; mother, Fawn Love of Coshocton; a brother, Domanick Dorsey; five sisters, Emma Dorsey, Flora Bullock, Gabriella Dorsey, Brianna Dorsey, and Alexis Dorsey; his grandparents, Andrew & Lisa Love of Corning, and Patricia Dorsey of Keene; three uncles, Isaac (Michaela) Love, Caleb (Autumn) Love, and Andrew (Elaina) Love; a nephew, Barrett King; and several cousins.
Colton was preceded in death by a grandmother, Deborah Love.
Funeral services were held at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, May 7, 2026, at Fischer Funeral Home in Warsaw. Pastor Zachary Weber officiated. Burial followed in Franklin Cemetery. Visitation was held from 1:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home on Thursday.
