Coshocton summer events boost local businesses
William Stubbs
William “Bill” Harold Stubbs, 79, of Coshocton, passed away on April 28, 2026, at his home.
He was born on November 26, 1946, in Coshocton, to the late William H. and Donna (Brushwood) Stubbs.
Bill dedicated much of his later life to the world of real estate, a pursuit that brought him great joy alongside his good friend, Tom.
He was a social soul, known for his captivating storytelling and infectious laughter. Whether he was sharing tales at family gatherings, enjoying spirited conversations at the casino with his beloved son Tony and friend Tom, or embarking on memorable family trips, Bill's warm spirit was felt by all around him.
Bill is survived by his loving son, Tony (Ann) Stubbs of Michigan; his sister, Susan "Sue" Davis; his girlfriend Kathleen Shaw; and his three grandchildren, Mike, Hannah, and Jack Stubbs. He leaves behind his four-legged companion, Doc 2, who brought him much comfort and joy in his later years.
Per Bill’s wishes a cremation will take place and there will be no services at this time. The Miller Funeral Home and Crematory is caring for the family. An online memorial is located at www.themillerfuneralhome.com.
