Charles William Beohm, 83, of Dellroy, passed away Monday morning, March 2, 2026, at Aultman Hospital in Canton.

He was born Jan. 3, 1943, in Star City, West Virginia, and was the son of the late Charles Hobert and Ann Blanch (Spinks) Beohm.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Danny Marshall Beohm; a sister, Sheila Barney; and an infant sister, Darla Sue Beohm.

He owned and operated the former Char-Lynn Group Home, a residential center in Mechanicstown, for 17 years.

Charles was a 1962 graduate of Wellsville High School and a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving honorably in Vietnam. He spent countless hours engaged in his favorite pastime, fishing at Atwood Lake. He also took great pride in caring for the property around his Dellroy-area home.

He is survived by two sons, Clint William Beohm of Waynesburg and Shane Allen (Melanie) Beohm of Carrollton; a daughter, Jennifer Ann Beohm of Waynesburg; five grandchildren; two great-grandsons; a sister, Shirley Rolley of Columbiana; and two brothers, Cliff Beohm of Cincinnati and Eddie (Barbara) Beohm of Columbiana.

Calling hours were held Friday, March 6, 2026, from 3 to 5 p.m. at the Baxter-Gardner Funeral Home in Sherrodsville.

Per Charles’ request, no formal funeral service is planned.

Interment of his ashes will take place at a later date in Columbiana County Memorial Park.
