MWCD offers cover crop assistance to Carroll farmers

The Muskingum Watershed Conservancy District will continue its cover crop cost-share program for 2026, providing financial assistance to eligible farmers in Carroll County.

Applications must be accompanied by a current Farm Service Agency map for each field, current soil test results completed within the past four years and current crop information.

Farmers interested in participating in the program or seeking additional information may contact the Carroll Soil and Water Conservation District office at 330-627-9852.

Applications must be completed by July 1.
