Gary Robert “Bob” Wade
Gary Robert “Bob” Wade, 81, of Atwater, Ohio, passed away at home Monday, Jan. 12, 2026.
He was born in Cameron, West Virginia, on Halloween in 1944.
He retired from Transue and Williams Stamping and was a life member of Vietnam Veterans of America. Bob enjoyed fishing, golf, classic cars, golden oldies, Little Debbie snacks, watching westerns and spending time with his family.
He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Cathy (Becher); his daughters, Karen Shearer, Jill Wade, and Shawn, Alaina and Rich Wade; grandchildren, Joshua, Dustin and Sarah, Clarissa, Annabelle and Zackary; great-grandchildren, Maya, Archer and Magnolia “Maggie”; a brother, Warren; and many nieces and nephews.
Bob’s remembrance will be held Saturday, March 14, 2026, at noon at Atwater Town Hall.
