Jason L. Yoder
Jason L. Yoder, 30, of Sugarcreek, Ohio died from injuries sustained in a bicycle accident on Wednesday, March 4, 2026.
He was born on August 23, 1995, to Leroy L. and Maryann (Troyer) Yoder. On July 11, 2018, he married Linda D. Hershberger who survives.
Jason worked at Dutch Quality Stone and was a member of the Old Order Amish Church. He loved to fish in his spare time, especially bass fishing.
He was a faithful husband, a good father to his two daughters, and looking forward to becoming a father of three in June.
In addition to his parents and his wife Linda, he is survived by his two daughters, Alaina, and Jenna Kate; siblings, Brian Lee Yoder of Farmerstown, Ellen (Jaymes) Yoder of Mt. Eaton, Carolyn (Peter) Troyer of Baltic, Timothy Yoder (fiancee Deborah) of Farmerstown and Sue Ann (Mark) Yoder of Dundee; paternal grandparents, Levi S. and Katie Yoder of Farmerstown; maternal grandparents, Roy, and Annie Troyer of Fredericksburg; and parents-in-law, Dennis and Sarah Hershberger of Trail.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Mary Yoder and cousins, Jacob Yoder and Katie Leigh Yoder.
Funeral services will be held at the Monroe E. Yoder residence, 1128 Skyline Drive, Sugarcreek, on Saturday, March 7, at 9 a.m. with Bishop Dwight Miller officiating. Burial will follow in the Coblentz Cemetery. Friends may call at the Monroe E. Yoder residence after 2 p.m. on Thursday and any time on Friday.
