Tabitha Meeks to perform in Wooster
Levitt AMP concert set for June 10 at Wayne Center for the Arts
The Levitt AMP Wooster Music Series will welcome Nashville-based artist Tabitha Meeks, known for blending retro pop, piano playing and energy into her live performances.
The outdoor concert will take place June 10 on the lawn at Wayne Center for the Arts, located at 237 S. Walnut St. in downtown Wooster. Lawn seating will open at 5 p.m., and music will begin at 6 p.m.
Described as “Norah Jones meets Nancy Sinatra,” Meeks has built a following through songwriting and vintage-inspired style.
Her music has recently been featured on Netflix, Hallmark, CBS, Peacock, Paramount+, Amazon Prime and Spotify’s Retro Pop editorial playlist. Her live performance résumé includes Bonnaroo, Musicians Corner Festival and Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium.
Lightning 100 Nashville recently called her the queen of retro pop.
The concert is part of the Levitt AMP Wooster Music Series, a community-centered outdoor concert series designed to bring people together through live music, shared experiences and summer evenings in downtown Wooster.
Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets. Tommy’s Classic American food truck will be on-site throughout the evening. Beer, wine and additional beverages also will be available for purchase through Wayne Center for the Arts. Outside food and picnics are welcome.
No tickets are required. Parking is available behind Wayne Center for the Arts, with additional downtown parking nearby. Guests are asked not to use the United Way/Catholic Charities lot, which is reserved for their clients.
