The Orrville Area Chamber of Commerce announced the graduation of the latest Leadership Orrville class, recognizing a group of individuals committed to personal growth, community engagement and leadership development. The final session and graduation ceremony were held at White Oak Event Center in Orrville, bringing together participants, community leaders and supporters to celebrate this achievement.

The mission of Leadership Orrville is to enrich the community through a one-of-a-kind, values-based leadership development program. Since its kickoff, the program has provided participants with opportunities to grow as leaders while gaining a deeper understanding of the Orrville community.

Beginning in September, the cohort met monthly, engaging in sessions focused on leadership development, community awareness and professional growth. Participants explored their unique leadership styles, strengthened communication skills and learned how to effectively lead and collaborate with others using GiANT Leadership’s 5 Voices model. Throughout the program, the class toured local businesses, connected with community organizations, gained insight into local government operations and explored the impact of nonprofit work across the region.
