Crossbridge Marketing refocuses business services
Company transitions Orrville Printing and Troyer Signs while emphasizing software, websites and digital marketing
Crossbridge Marketing announced the transition of two previously owned divisions, Orrville Printing and Troyer Signs, as the company focuses on the services that originally built the business: custom software development, website development, SEO, digital marketing and business growth solutions.
Orrville Printing has transitioned to Galley Printing, a long-standing commercial printing company based in Brunswick, while Troyer Signs will move forward under new leadership with expanded vision and capabilities.
According to Crossbridge Marketing, the decision was not driven by a desire to step away from serving customers but rather by a renewed commitment to focusing on the areas where the company’s passion and long-term vision are strongest.
“When we entered the printing and signage industries, it made perfect sense for the direction the company was headed at the time,” said Josiah Martin, owner of Crossbridge Marketing. “Our marketing clients wanted a one-stop shop where they could get design, websites, marketing, printing and signage all under one roof. The opportunity aligned with the needs of our customers, and we are grateful for the relationships and experiences that came from it.
“Over time, however, we realized our true passion has always been in helping businesses grow through technology, custom websites, software development, SEO and digital marketing strategy. We want to fully dedicate ourselves to becoming exceptional at what we do best.”
Crossbridge emphasized that the transition allows customers of Orrville Printing and Troyer Signs to benefit from organizations with larger infrastructure, expanded capabilities and a deeper operational focus within their respective industries.
Galley Printing, led by owner Ben Spitler, has been serving customers since 1968 and operates from a 33,000-square-foot facility in Brunswick. The company offers offset and digital printing, direct mail, signage, apparel decoration and promotional products.
“Our goal is to ensure a smooth and seamless transition for every customer,” said Spitler. “We understand the relationships and trust that have been built over the years, and we are committed to maintaining the level of service customers expect while expanding the capabilities available to them.”
Troyer Signs will continue serving businesses under the leadership of Jake Young, who brings more than 15 years of experience in branding, signage, customer relationships and business growth.
“Troyer Signs represents the second sign company acquisition I’ve been part of,” said Young. “I’m passionate about helping businesses stand out in their communities through high-quality signage and branding solutions. Great signage is about more than graphics. It’s about visibility, trust and helping businesses make a lasting impression.”
Young added that Troyer Signs will continue focusing on craftsmanship, customer service, reliability and helping businesses bring their vision to life while becoming an even more active part of the local business community.
Crossbridge Marketing said the transition allows each company to focus more intentionally on its core strengths while ensuring customers continue receiving high-quality service and support.
“This move allows everyone involved to operate in the area they are most passionate about and best equipped to serve,” said Martin. “We are incredibly thankful for the support customers have shown us throughout the years and are excited for what the future holds both for Crossbridge and for these businesses moving forward.”
Crossbridge Marketing will continue providing custom website development, software development, SEO, digital marketing, branding strategy, hosting and technology solutions for businesses, organizations and government entities throughout Ohio and beyond.
