Michael D. Peoples
Michael “Mickey” Dawn Peoples, 82, of Kent, passed away Sunday, Sept. 14, 2025, at KentRidge Senior Living.
She was born Oct. 4, 1942, in Carrollton to the late Mike and Roxie Faye Bosh and was a graduate of Carrollton High School.
Mickey was a member of United Methodist Church of Kent, where she was very involved with Rebecca Circle. She was employed with Key Bank as a teller and with the City of Kent as an account clerk. Mickey was an avid sports fan and loved watching the Browns and Guardians. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
In addition to her parents, Mickey was preceded in death by her daughter, Chanda Lynn Peoples, and brothers Rex Henry and Kim Bosh.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Darla and Robert Soller; grandchildren, Kayla and Cameron Soller; and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held Monday, Sept. 22, 2025, at 10 a.m. at United Methodist Church of Kent, 1435 E. Main St., Kent, with the Rev. Nathan Howe and the Rev. Bob Machovec officiating.
Visitation was held prior to the service from 9 to 10 a.m. at the church.
Burial took place at Westview Cemetery in Carrollton at 1:45 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to United Methodist Church.
