Debbie (King) Clapper
Debbie (King) Clapper, 69, of Carrollton, passed away Thursday, Nov. 6, 2025, in Aultman Hospital.
She was born Aug. 18, 1956, in Canton, to Nancy (Humbertson) King of Canton and the late William King Sr.
She was a housewife and a member of the Robertsville Wesleyan Methodist Church. She graduated from Timken High School in 1974 and was a member of the Malvern Community Club, helping organize the Malvern Homecoming for many years. She loved spending time doing crafts and making Christmas wreaths.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Brian Clapper, whom she married June 9, 1979; and two brothers, Roy (Loree) King of Canton and Leonard (Casandra) King of Akron.
She was preceded in death by her father and a brother, William King Jr.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, Nov. 11, at noon in the Gotschall-Hutchison Funeral Home in Minerva with Pastor Gabe Norris officiating.
Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery in Canton.
Calling hours were held one hour prior to services, from 11 a.m. to noon Tuesday at the funeral home.
