Helen Jean Ondusko, 95, passed away peacefully on Saturday, Nov. 15, 2025, at Centreville Village, surrounded by her family.

In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place, and no formal services will be held.

The family asks that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made in her name to the Carroll County Friendship Center, 100 Kensington Road NE, Carrollton, OH 44615, or to the American Heart Association, P.O. Box 840692, Dallas, TX 75284-0692.
