Cynthia Ann Morgan
Cynthia Ann Morgan, 76, of Waynesburg, passed away at Arbors at Minerva on Tuesday, Nov. 18, 2025.
Cynthia was born in Notomine, West Virginia, on Nov. 29, 1948, to Charles Massy and Garnet (Williams) Higginbotham.
Cynthia is survived by her husband, Franklin Morgan; a son, Kendall Morgan of Waynesburg; a sister, Theresa (Callie Cox) Miller of Barberton; two brothers, Roy (Kathy) Higginbotham of Asheboro, N.C., and Forrest (Deb) Higginbotham of Murfreesboro, Tenn.; a nephew, Jeremy (Mindy) Higginbotham of Akron; and two nieces, Jenny (Chris) Dolin-Fox of Waynesburg and Isabella Cox of Barberton.
In addition to her parents, Cynthia was preceded in death by a brother, Troy Higginbotham.
Per her request, there will be no services.
