Julia Gray
Julia E. (Snyder) Gray, age 93, of Millersburg, Ohio, passed away Thursday, October 9, 2025, at the Holmes County Home surrounded by her loving family.
Funeral services were held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 14, at Alexander Funeral Home, Millersburg, Ohio. Burial was at Oak Hill Cemetery, Millersburg, Ohio. Friends were able to call from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

Julia was born July 6, 1932, in Killbuck, Ohio, and was the daughter of John S. and Violetta (Hawkins) Snyder Sr. In November of 1949, she married Richard Gray, and he preceded her in death on September 12, 1999.
Julia was a 1950 graduate of Killbuck High School where she was valedictorian of her class. She worked for West Holmes local schools for over 40 years. Julia was a fantastic gardener. She loved flowers, genealogy and bird watching.
She is survived by her three children: Laura (Tony) Magistro of North Canton, Jerry D. Gray of Mansfield and Teresa (David) Mackey of Millersburg; seven grandchildren: Nicole Magistro (Zach Locke), Aubrey Magistro (Chris Dalton), Dustin (Kary) Gray, Aaron (Mary) Gray, Andrew Gray, Rachel (Nathan) Stultz and Caleb (Robyn) Mackey; 17 great grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and six siblings: Mary Jane Bunting, John Snyder Jr., Darwin Snyder, Victor Snyder, Harold George Snyder, and Winston G. Snyder.
