Carolyn Mullett, age 89, of Hartville, passed away Saturday morning in her home. She was born August 21, 1936, in Hartville, to Martin and Edna (Slabaugh) Wagler. Carolyn was a loving and dedicated wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a loving mom, grandmother, and great grandmother. She was a dedicated prayer warrior. She enjoyed drawing people and painting pictures. She was a long-time member at Faith family church. She helped with the church newsletter.
Carolyn is survived by her husband of 67 years, Emanuel, daughters and sons-in-law, Joy & Kirk Nussbaum, Regina & David Barkema, Kelli Paulson; son, Sheldon Mullett; sisters, Marjorie Bargerstock, Pauline Bender, Betty Wagler; brother and sister-in-law, Leon & Miriam Wagler, Norman Wagler; daughter-in-law, Kim Mullett; grandchildren, Josh (Tiffany) Nussbaum, Jordan (Amy) Nussbaum, Kris (Abigail) Nussbaum, Zach (Kayla) Barkema, Mike (Tanja) Barkema, Kristi Barkema, Mike (Rayelle) Paulson, Baylee Paulson, Hunter Dobbins, Sean Dobbins, Billie Hennacy, Nickie (Andre) McKoy and twenty-two great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, Ken Mullett; grand-daughter, Cassidy Walsh and brother, Mervin Wagler.
Calling hours will be Friday, 4-6:00 p.m. at the Arnold Funeral Home in Hartville, 504 W. Maple St. and Saturday, 10-11:00 a.m. at Faith Family Church, 8200 Freedom Ave NW, North Canton. The funeral service will begin at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Jack Pancher and Pastor Dave Barkema officiating, burial will follow in Walnut Grove Cemetery.
