Walter Eppley
Walter “Bud” Eppley, 82, of Clark, Ohio, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, February 25, 2026.
Private family services will be held.
Memorial contributions may be made to Ohio’s Hospice LifeCare, 1900 Akron Road, Wooster, Ohio 44691.
Bud was born January 6, 1944, in Coshocton, Ohio and was the son of the late Rudy H. and Rea (Hathaway) Eppley. He married Roberta Giauque and she preceded him in death on November 13, 2020.
Bud was a dairy farmer, worked in oil fields, and at Millersburg TV Cable System. He also built Black Diamond Golf Course in Millersburg, Ohio. Bud was a member of the Millersburg Eagles #2418 and the Coshocton Moose Lodge #935.
Bud is survived by his son Jeff (Debra) Eppley, daughter Robyn (Brian) Eberly; grandchildren Ashly, Wesly, Emily, Jeremy, Brandy, Skyler, Lexy, and Abby; great-grandchildren Emilee, Brady, Jace, Cruze, John, Aria, Archer, Adrianne, and Wrenly; and sister-in-law Dora Eppley.
In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by his son Ralph Eppley and siblings Norma Jean and Ed.
