Mohican Christkindlmarkt accepting vendor applications for 2026
Market will return to downtown Loudonville for two weekends in December
Vendor applications are now being accepted for the 2026 Mohican Christkindlmarkt, which will return to downtown Loudonville for two weekends this December as the market prepares for a major expansion following its inaugural season.
Hosted by the Cleo Redd Fisher Museum in partnership with the Loudonville Farmers Market, the Mohican Christkindlmarkt draws inspiration from traditional German Christmas markets while creating a community gathering space centered around culture, food, craftsmanship and holiday tradition. Organizers describe the event as both a celebration of the region’s German heritage and an opportunity to create a welcoming space where residents and visitors can gather during the holiday season.
The 2026 market will take place Friday and Saturday, Dec. 4-5 and Dec. 11-12. Friday hours are 4-8 p.m., with Saturday hours from 2-8 p.m.
Organizers are expanding the Christkindlmarkt for 2026, nearly doubling vendor capacity as the event continues to grow.
Vendor applications are now open for food and beverage vendors, artisans, makers, holiday décor merchants, specialty gift vendors, and others offering handcrafted, seasonal or European-inspired products.
Organizers are especially seeking vendors whose offerings reflect the charm and authenticity traditionally associated with European Christmas markets, including warm winter foods, festive drinks, handcrafted goods, ornaments, candles, textiles, woodwork, fine crafts and distinctive holiday gifts.
Additional information and vendor applications can be found at www.mohicanchristmasmarket.com.
