Lizzie M. (Troyer) Miller, 95, of Bunker Hill, Ohio, passed away peacefully at her residence surrounded by her family on Thursday, March 5, 2026 following a short period of declining health.

She was born on June 25, 1930, to the late Menno J. and Malinda (Erb) Troyer. On November 6, 1952, she married Dan M. “Mart Dan” Miller who preceded her in death on July 11, 2025.

Lizzie was a homemaker and a member of the Old Order Amish Church. She made many quilts throughout her life and was a special grandma to her grandchildren.

She is survived by her four sons and five daughters, Roy (Martha), Ura (Amanda), Martin (Amanda) all of Millersburg, Albert (Anna) of the home, Anna (Ben) Miller, Mary (Jonas) Hershberger both of Millersburg, Susan (John) Miller of Sugarcreek, Esther (Mose) Beachy of Baltic and Sarahann Miller of the home; 52 grandchildren; 130 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

In addition to her parents and her husband Dan, she was preceded in death by her daughter Erma; five grandchildren, John Miller, Crist Miller, Jonathan Miller, Robert Miller and Katie Miller; a great-grandson Kyle Beachy; a brother, Albert Troyer; and sisters, Amanda (Amos) Yoder, Mattie (Dan) Schlabach, Susan (John Oren) Miller, Anna (Joe) Bowman, Ella (Eli) Kuhns and Malinda (Adam) Hershberger.

Funeral services were held at the home, 5919 TR 363, Millersburg, on Sunday, March 8, at 9 a.m., Bishop Vernon Burkholder officiated. Burial followed in the Miller Cemetery. Friends could call at the home after 2 p.m. on Friday and any time on Saturday.
