Steam to Victory: Homefront to War Front, is a special World War II-themed event taking place June 19-20 during Father’s Day weekend.

The Age of Steam Roundhouse Museum and the Dennison Railroad Depot Museum are partnering to present Steam to Victory: Homefront to War Front, a special World War II-themed event taking place June 19-20 during Father’s Day weekend.

This immersive two-day event will commemorate the vital role American railroads played in achieving Allied victory during World War II while offering visitors a chance to experience both the war front and the home front through living history, military displays and historic railroad equipment.

At the Age of Steam Roundhouse Museum, guests will witness how steam railroads and the United States military worked together to transport troops, equipment and supplies during the war effort. The event will feature historic railroad displays, World War II military vehicles, artillery and small-arms demonstrations, living-history reenactors, vendors and short train rides on museum grounds.

Tickets are available online at ageofsteamroundhouse.org/blog/steam-to-victory or at the gate on event days.
