Ronald "Ron" Eugene Moore
West Lafayette – Ronald “Ron” Eugene Moore, age 81, passed away at home with his family Sunday August 31, 2025.
Ron was born in Zanesville January 29, 1944. He was the son of Raymond E. and Flora Edith (Bryan) Moore, who preceded him in death along with two brothers, a sister, and his mother and father-in-law. He married Lauretta Cognion on June 13, 1964.
Ron is survived by his wife of 61 years, Lauretta; a daughter, Angela (Jon) Walters of Coshocton; sons, Aaron (Cissy) Moore of Coshocton, and Rodney (Chris) Moore of Lancaster; eight grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and sisters, Linda Gilbert, and Karen (Sam) Patterson both of Coshocton.
A Celebration of Ron’s Life will be held Saturday, October 4, 2025, from Noon to 4pm at the Conesville Fire Station, 15810 TR 483C, Conesville, Ohio 43811. The Fischer Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.
