Ridgewood duo signs college baseball letters
Connor Croy will play at Thiel College and Jace McQueen at Walsh University after standout careers for the Generals
Ridgewood High School's Connor Croy and Jace McQueen signed their letters of intent to continue their athletic careers in college.
Croy will continue his baseball career at Thiel College and McQueen at Walsh University.
Croy is the son of Matt and Wendy Croy. He has played baseball for four years and basketball for three years. In 2024 he earned IVC and East District honorable mention honors in baseball. Last spring he earned second-team IVC and East District honorable mention.
After graduation Croy plans to attend Thiel College to continue his baseball career and major in finance.
McQueen is the son of Josh and Lindsay McQueen. He has played basketball, football and baseball for four years. For baseball he has earned first-team IVC honors and first-team East District. He earned All-Ohio honors in football, first-team IVC and first-team East District in football. For basketball he earned second-team District 5 and honorable mention IVC.
McQueen plans to attend Walsh University to pursue a business degree and continue his baseball career.
