River View student wins UC scholarship

Seventh grader Zach Copenhaver placed second in Ohio's 2026 Stock Market Game Portfolio Challenge on May 11 at the University of Cincinnati

River View seventh grader Zach Copenhaver participated in the 2026 Stock Market Game Portfolio Challenge. On May 11, he traveled to the University of Cincinnati to compete against elementary and high school teams from across Ohio. After an exciting day of competition, he finished in second place and earned a $2,500 scholarship to the university. Participants also enjoyed a campus tour, lunch, and an awards ceremony as part of the event experience. This opportunity was made possible through the generous support of Huntington and the Johnson Charitable Gift Fund.
