John C. Rodgers
John C. Rodgers, 88, of Coshocton passed away at Lafayette Pointe Nursing Home in West Lafayette, on Friday December 26, 2025.
John was born on January 29. 1937, to the late Harley C. and Thelma M. (Maxwell) Rodgers. He served four years in the United States Navy and retired from Ansel Edmont in Coshocton 1995 after working there for thirty-two years.
John treasures spending time with his family and was an avid bowler in his earlier years.
He is survived by his wife Evelyn F. Rodgers whom he married February 7, 1970; two daughters Rebecca Rodgers and Sherry L. Truex both of Coshocton; grandchildren Emily A. Truex and Etta T. Belle; several nieces and nephews. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by an infant sister Carolyn J. Rodgers; infant brother Harley J. Rodgers; a brother Ronald C. Rodgers and sister Marjorie A. Stigler.
Per John’s wishes a cremation will take place, no services will be observed at this time. The Miller Funeral Home & Crematory is serving the family.An online memorial is located at www.themillerfuneralhome.com.
