Sean Troyer
Sean Andrew Troyer 22, of Walnut Creek, OH died from injuries sustained in a UTV accident while camping with his youth group on Sunday, September 21, 2025.
He was born on September 10, 2003, to Ken and Renee (Beachy) Troyer.
Sean lived life passionately and was always wanting to reach out to those who were hurting. His life was an open book. He was a very loyal friend who loved spending time talking to people and was very expressive in his speech. He was an avid fisherman, loved hunting, camping and was passionate about music.
He enjoyed working with wood and was employed by Mavin in their sawmill department.
He was a member of Sharon Conservative Mennonite Church and loved spending time with his youth group and church family.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his siblings, Cameron Scott, Garrett Anthony, Tiara Jo, and Riley Anderson; paternal grandmother, Amanda (late Marvin) Troyer of Berlin; and maternal grandparents, Mose I. & Ellen Beachy of Walnut Creek.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Marvin Troyer; cousin, Heidi Lozier; and uncle by marriage, Gaylord Miller.
Funeral services were held at Sharon Mennonite Church, 1717 CR 140, Sugarcreek, on Wednesday, September 24, at 10:00 a.m. Pastor Javan Raber officiated. Burial followed in the Union Hill Cemetery. Friends were able to call at Sharon Mennonite Church from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday.
