William P. Barnes Jr.
William P. Barnes Jr., 64, of Coshocton passed away on Thursday, May 22, 2025 at the Morrison House in Zanesville. He was born on September 8, 1960 in Medina, Ohio to William P. Barnes Sr. and the late Nancy (Holmes) Barnes. He was a 1979 graduate of Ridgewood High School and worked as a journeyman press operator at Novelty Advertising for over 40 years. In his free time, he enjoyed deer hunting and watching his Sunday football, cheering on the Cleveland Browns. He was always in company with his beloved dog, Peanut. Most of all, William will be remembered as being kind and a friend to many people.
Along with his father, surviving are his children Kristen (Corey) Udder of Coshocton, Sara Barnes of Indianapolis and William (Dolly) M. Barnes of Canton; grandchildren, Silas, Vincent, Macy, Chloe and Felix; siblings, Barbara (Doc) Cheney, Kathryn (Brian) Andrews and Laura (Charles) Hall as well as several nieces and nephews.
Preceding him in death is his significant other, Lori Cognion Wiggins.
A celebration of life will be planned at a later date. Miller Funeral Home and Crematory will be taking care of the family.
