Marjorie Eileen Gladstone
Marjorie Eileen Gladstone, age 89, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 30, 2025. She was born on August 2, 1935, in Guernsey County, daughter of the late Carl Allen and Margaret (McAllister) Ruby.
She leaves behind her daughters June and Joyce Gladstone, her son, John Gladstone, many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her husband, James R. Gladstone, son, Jimmy, daughter, Janet, grandson, Kevin, brothers, William and Gene, sisters, Betty Mae, Dorothy, and Mary Jo, and devoted friend and long-time companion, Duke.
Though she worked in family businesses and other places, the greatest gift and accomplishment was her family and very special friends. Never afraid to speak her mind but also always said how much she loved and would tell you to never stop loving. She knew the key to heaven.
Gratitude to Adams Lane Nursing and Rehabilitation Center who allowed her to love and be loved.
Per Marjorie’s wishes, a cremation will take place. Given-Dawson-Paisley Funeral Home is serving the family.
