Kelly J. Stark
Kelly J. Stark, age 67, of Coshocton passed away on August 29, 2025, at Genesis Hospital in Zanesville. She was born on May 8, 1958, in Coshocton to the late George and B. Ruth (Gross) Franks. She was a 1976 graduate of Coshocton High School. She worked a majority of her career at Pretty Products until her retirement. On September 3, 1994, she married Robert F. Stark, who passed in 2024. Kelly was known to be ornery, caring and a little fiery. She was honest when she needed to be and loving when someone needed it the most. She loved her family and kept them near to her heart. She enjoyed playing Yahtzee and playing cards. She adored her cats and previous pets. Kelly is survived by her daughter-in-law, Jennifer (Kenny Batten Jr.) Miller and stepdaughter, Jenna (Cody) Dickerson. grandchildren, Loren Belle Miller and step-grandchildren, Mckenna Dickerson and Chevy Dickerson; siblings, Joan Jones, and Erik (April) Franks as well as several nieces and nephews. Along with her parents and husband, she is preceded in death by her children, Robert E. Miller III, and Loren Michelle Miller; grandson, Damon Miller; siblings, George Steve Franks and brother-in-law, Rick Jones. Contributions can be made to Miller Funeral Home to help the family with funeral expenses. A cremation will take place with the Miller Funeral Home and Crematory.
