Jeff loved hunting and fishing, and riding around in his side-by-side. He enjoyed living in the Warsaw area, and loved to spend time with his family.
He is survived by three sons, Jason Lewis of Florida, Dillon Lewis (Lillian Boyer) of Warsaw, and Cody Lewis (Danielle Chaney) of Warsaw; one expected grandchild, Ellie Jean Marie Lewis; his father, Jack Lewis of Big Prairie; a brother, John (Dawn) Lewis of Orrville; three sisters, Sue Button of Greenwich, Samantha (Brian) Stubblefield of Ravenna, and Sandy Lewis of Mansfield; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Janet Lewis.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Friday, June 20, 2025 at Fischer Funeral Home in Warsaw. A Celebration of Life will take place at Jeff’s home, 36601 US 36 Warsaw, OH 43844, from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 21st. FischerFuneralHome.com
