Deborah A. Sampsel
Deborah Ann “Debbie” (Landon) Sampsel, 66, died Friday, May 30, 2025 at the Cleveland Clinic.
She was born Sept. 29, 1958 in Millersburg to the late Paul L. and Lillian E. (Smith) Landon. She loved watching and reading mystery stories, painting, and taking care of her home. Her grandchildren were very important to her, and more than anything she loved the Lord with all of her heart.
Debbie is survived by her husband, Randy Sampsel of Warsaw, whom she married June 28, 1992; a daughter, Randi (Austin) Glazier of Coshocton; granddaughter, Madelyn Glazier; her step-children, Trevor (Tiffany) Sampsel of Coshocton, and Jeremy (Jessica) Sampsel of Coshocton; two step-grandchildren, Jaxon Sampsel, and Javen Sampsel; her siblings, Dolores (Joe) Kline of Glenmont, Steve (Edna) Landon of Doylestown, Danette Landon of Millersburg, and MaeBeth (Terry) Stallman of Millersburg; an aunt, Pauline (Lonnie) Stull of Danville; several nieces & nephews; and a brother-in-law, William “Bill” (Sharon) Sampsel of Warsaw.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a special niece, Laurie Chaney; and a brother-in-law, Larry Sampsel.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Monday, June 9, 2025 at Fischer Funeral Home in Warsaw, with Pastor Dale Duncan officiating. Burial will follow in Valley View Cemetery, Warsaw. Visitation is one hour prior to service time at the funeral home. FischerFuneralHome.com
