Maetrie Ann (Carpenter) Miller
Maetrie Ann (Carpenter) Miller went to be with the lord Saturday Morning April 20, 2013 after a short battle with cancer.She was born Nov. 9, 1980 to Bob and Kay Carpenter. Maetrie dearly loved her family and believed strongly in god. She was a free spirit, always doing the best she could to live her life to the fullest. She loved her job at the Hotel Millersburg. She loved spending time with her family. She was deeply loved by everyone that knew her. She was a proud mother of four wonderful children Alivia, Darrius, Colgin and Kayleise.Surviving in addition to her four children is her devoted boyfriend Austin Thomas, her parents Bob and Kay Carpenter of Millersburg, a brother J. R. Carpenter of Layland, a sister Joanie (Greg) Spurlock of Killbuck who was her best friend, her paternal grandmother Sarah Carpenter of Killbuck. She was proud aunt of Nellian and Grayden Spurlock and Macy Mae Carpenter. Also surviving are several aunts, uncles and cousins.She was preceded in death by twin sisters Bobbie Kay and Belinda Sue Carpenter and her maternal grandparents John and Nellie Hickman.Funeral Services were at 2 p.m. Monday, April 22, 2013 at Alexander Funeral Home Millersburg. Burial will be at Killbuck Cemetery, Killbuck.Family suggests memorial contributions be made to Hospice & Palliative Care of Greater Wayne (Holmes) County 2525 Back Orrville Road Wooster 44691.
