Ohio State Highway Patrol’s cases 

Daniel Carson Sr. of 1248 Shorb Ave. SW, Canton, failure to yield at traffic control, $150 fine, $107 costs. Andrew Borisa Jr., 8790 Cranberry Ridge, Broadview Heights, failure to yield at stop sign, $155 bond. Ryanne Gray, 344 Lawrence Dr. SE, Carrollton, texting while driving, $150 fine suspended due to completion of the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles Distracted Driving Safety Course, $95 costs. 

State’s Carrollton Police Department cases 

Charles Rearley of 3055 Union Ave., Minerva, disorderly conduct, $50 fine, $142 costs, 30-day jail sentence suspended on conditions; resisting arrest, $150 fine, 90-day jail sentence suspended on conditions. Vickie Saunders, 242 Cinder Rd. SE, Carrollton, resisting arrest, case dismissed by state; driving under the influence/refusal, $715 fine, $130 costs, 170 days of a 180-day jail sentence suspended on conditions, operator’s license suspended from Aug. 17, 2025, to Aug. 6, 2028. 

Sheriff’s Department cases 

David Unkefer of 107 Skeleton Rd. SW, Dellroy, aggravated menacing, no fine, $169 costs; aggravated menacing and obstructing business, both cases dismissed by state. Kyle Sanderlin, 2835 11th St. SW, Canton, no operator’s license, $150 fine, $125 suspended due to obtaining a valid operator’s license and insurance, $95 costs. Adam Dornberger, 151 E. State’s Minerva Police Department case
