The winners’ artwork will be permanently displayed in the Tuscarawas County Juvenile Court
Tuscarawas County Juvenile Court Judge Adam W. Wilgus announced the winners of the fifth annual Art Scholarship Contest.
The first-place winner is Amber Swartzentruber from Garaway High School, and the second-place winner is Wynter Hayes from Tuscarawas Central Catholic High School.
Swartzentruber will attend the University of Dayton, and Hayes will attend the University of Mount Union in the fall. The winners’ artwork will be permanently displayed in Wilgus’ courtroom. Both winners also received scholarships for continuing education.
The court thanked all contest entrants for submitting their wall art.
Wilgus also congratulated and extended best wishes to all Tuscarawas County graduating seniors.
