Tusky Branch to host DIY dog biscuit programs
The dogs featured in these animal encounters include a Bernedoodle named Merry June 19 and a Pomeranian-husky mix named Zeiky June 20
The Tuscarawas County Public Library System’s Tusky Branch will host two days of making DIY doggie dino biscuits with visits from man’s best friend. Programs will be offered from 2-4 p.m. June 19 and at 11 a.m. June 20.
“We want to share visiting with a popular pet with families who may not have an animal of their own,” said Jade Boffo, Tusky Branch supervisor.
The dogs featured in these animal encounters include a Bernedoodle named Merry June 19 and a Pomeranian-husky mix named Zeiky June 20. Boffo said both pets are family-friendly and a great first encounter for families who may be considering whether a dog is the right fit.
The Tusky Branch Library is at 209 S. Main St. in Tuscarawas. To register, visit tusclibrary.org or call 740-922-2748.
