Dover Boy Scout Troop 86 to hold spaghetti dinner
The cost is $10 and includes spaghetti, salad, dessert and a beverage
Dover Boy Scout Troop 86 will hold a spaghetti dinner Sunday, Feb. 8, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at St. John’s United Church of Christ, 409 N. Wooster Ave., Dover.
The cost is $10 and includes spaghetti, salad, dessert and a beverage. Carryout meals will be available. Attendees and those picking up carryouts should enter at the rear of the church.
“The Scouts have been holding the fundraiser for many years,” said Glen Groh, a committee member. He said Troop 86 is 70 years old and meets at St. John’s UCC each week.
Groh said the Scouts help set up and take down the church’s Christmas nativity, place flags at Dover Burial Park, 5651 N. Wooster Ave. Ext. NW, Dover, on Memorial Day, and volunteer in other areas.
