Carrollton school land set for auction Feb. 10 at 5 p.m.
The auction will include eight individual parcels of land located between Second and Third streets
Those interested in purchasing land for development may attend the Feb. 10 auction of eight parcels where the former Carrollton High School and Carrollton Elementary School once stood.
The auction will begin at 5 p.m. in the former Bell-Herron Middle School gymnasium on Third Street NE in Carrollton.
The auction will be conducted by Cronebaugh Auction & Realty and will include eight individual parcels of land located between Second and Third streets NE. Parcels 1-6 will be offered individually and as a combination, followed by parcels 7 and 8.
The lots are currently zoned RS-3 and are larger than most residential lots within the village of Carrollton. School officials said the parcels are located in a quiet, historic area.
