Malvern Historical Society seeks photos for 2027 calendar
Officials said the goal is to capture the spirit of what it is like to live in the small town
The Malvern Historical Society is inviting residents to help bring the community’s story to life — one photograph at a time.
As part of an upcoming 2027 calendar fundraiser, the society is asking residents to share their favorite contemporary images of Malvern life.
Submissions may include present-day photographs of landscapes, sporting events such as Friday night football, sporting celebrations and championships, marching band, aerial views, farmland, Lake Mohawk fireworks and other community events.
Officials said the goal is to capture the spirit of what it is like to live in the small town. Each photo helps preserve the unique story of Malvern for generations to come.
Selected images will be featured in the printed calendar.
Residents may bring several favorite photographs to the museum, 108 E. Porter St., Malvern, Saturdays May 9, 16 and 23 from 10 a.m. to noon. For more information, call Carol at 330-863-9234.
Final submissions must be sent digitally to be included.
