A central committee person is the elected representative of the people at the most local level
Democratic and Republican candidates for their respective party central committees have been announced for the May 5 primary/special election in Carroll County’s 23 voting precincts.
For Democratic candidates, one person is to be elected in each precinct for a full four-year term.
