Boyle named November Student of the Month at Southern Local
Boyle is a senior and the daughter of Brent and Jody Boyle of Hanoverton
Brooke Boyle has been named the Salineville Kiwanis Student of the Month for November at Southern Local High School.
Boyle, a senior and the daughter of Brent and Jody Boyle of Hanoverton, has built an outstanding academic and athletic record during her four years at SLHS. She ranks second in her class with a 4.156 GPA and participates in the College Credit Plus program, Student Council, Spanish Club, National Honor Society and serves as senior class treasurer.
She has also been a member of the volleyball team for six years, served as captain and earned Second Team EOAC honors this season. Boyle is also involved in the school’s Varsity Club.
She currently attends the Columbiana County Career and Technical Center, where she is enrolled in the cosmetology program. She is a member of the National Technical Honor Society and SkillsUSA and serves as her cosmetology class treasurer. She plans to take her board licensure exam and begin a career as a licensed cosmetologist in January.
