Young Democrats plan fundraiser with local art and music
Funds raised will help educate and engage young voters
Local artists and musicians will come together for a night of creativity while raising funds to support the work of the Young Democrats in Tuscarawas County Thursday, Nov. 6 from 5-9 p.m. at Magic Mugs, 237 W. Third St, Dover.
The evening will include a silent auction featuring donated art, live music performances, and food and refreshments with the price of admission. Tickets are $25. Organizers say the event will also offer good conversation, new connections, and lively discussion.
The event is family friendly, with sidewalk chalk planned for children outside. A lineup of artists, musicians, and food vendors will be confirmed soon.
Funds raised will help educate and engage young voters, support local candidates and issues, and build a stronger, more connected community.
Supporters are encouraged to save the date, spread the word, and join in for what organizers describe as a first-of-its-kind event.
