Concerns raised over potential data centers in Harrison County
Brewster Fireman’s Festival set May 27-30
The event will include rides, games, food, a beer garden, bingo, live bands, a parade, fireworks, a car show and a 5K
The Brewster Fire Department will host the Brewster Fireman’s Festival May 27-30 at 145 Second St. SW in Brewster.
Admission to the festival and all live music is free. The event will include rides, games, food, a beer garden, bingo, live bands, a parade, fireworks, a car show and a 5K.
The midway will be provided by Lisko Amusements. Daily unlimited ride passes are $25.
The schedule includes:
Wednesday, May 27: Midway opens at 5 p.m.; queen’s contest at 6 p.m.; and live music by SB Music at 7 p.m.
Thursday, May 28: Midway opens at 5 p.m.; parade at 7 p.m.; and live music by Alan Carl at 8 p.m.
Friday, May 29: Midway opens at 5 p.m.; Shearer’s 5K Chip Chase, sponsored by Shearer’s Foods, at 7:30 p.m.; live music by Alter Nation at 8 p.m.; and fireworks at 10 p.m. The fireworks rain date is Saturday, May 30.
Saturday, May 30: Midway opens at 4 p.m.; car show begins at 4 p.m. on Second Street SW next to the festival grounds; and live music by Wheels Up at 8 p.m.
