Union Hospital to host A1C screenings
Appointments are preferred, though walk-ins will be accepted if space is available
Cleveland Clinic Union Hospital will host a series of A1C screening events at locations across Tuscarawas County in June, giving community members an opportunity to check their blood sugar levels at a low cost.
The screenings are scheduled for:
Monday, June 15, from 8-10 a.m. at Cleveland Clinic Union Hospital Orthopaedic Surgery Office, 515 Union Ave., Suite 167, Dover.
Thursday, June 18, from 9-11 a.m. at Tusky Valley Senior Center, 2637 Tusky Valley Road, Zoarville.
Tuesday, June 23, from 9-11 a.m. at Swiss Village Bulk Food Store, 309 S. Broadway, Sugarcreek.
The cost is $10, with payment accepted by cash or check only.
Those interested are encouraged to register in advance by calling 330-602-0779. Appointments are preferred, though walk-ins will be accepted if space is available.
