The Tuscarawas County Convention and Visitors Bureau is inviting students across the county to submit artwork in celebration of America’s 250th anniversary.

First-, second- and third-place winners will be named in each division. First-place winners in each age division also will receive special recognition at a multi-county America 250 celebration July 5 from 2-4 p.m. at the Kent State University Tuscarawas Performing Arts Center.
