Strut Your Mutt on the Towpath set for April 11

TuscParks will host its Dog Days of Spring: Strut Your Mutt on the Towpath event from 1-3 p.m. April 11 at the Canal Lands Park Trailhead.

TuscParks staff will be set up at the Canal Lands Park picnic shelter to register and greet hikers. After registering, participants are encouraged to venture out on the trail and enjoy time with their pets, family and friends.

Attendees can earn raffle tickets for attending, hiking with a pet or hiking while dressed like their pet. Organizers also encourage participants to dress up like their dogs.

Door prizes will be given away during the event, with drawings scheduled for 2:30 p.m.

Canal Lands Park is located at 8645 Dover-Zoar Road in Zoar.
