The Village of Roswell will increase rental rates for its community center effective July 1.

Rental rates for village residents will be $100, with an additional $50 deposit. Rental rates for nonresidents will be $150, plus a $50 deposit. The deposit will be returned after the rental if the center is left in good condition and all rules are followed.
