Library to host Ohio Star Theater programs in February
Meet the writing team and costume designer to learn how stories come to life
The Main Library of the Tuscarawas County Public Library System will partner with Ohio Star Theater for two programs in February.
“Meet the writing team and costume designer to learn how stories come to life through theater productions,” customer service assistant Karli Coventry said.
The Ohio Star Theater writing team will speak at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 4, to discuss its show “The Road to Damascus” and the upcoming production “Elijah: Prophet of Fire.”
Costume designer Jasen Smith will present at 6 p.m. Monday, Feb. 9, on designing costumes for Ohio Star Theater and Weathervane Playhouse.
“Each program will be followed by a question-and-answer session,” Coventry said.
The programs are free, but registration is required. To register or for information, call the Main Library at 330-364-4474 or visit tusclibrary.org. The library is at 121 Fair Ave. NW, New Philadelphia.
