Zoar Wetland garage sale set June 12-13

The Zoar Wetland will host a garage sale fundraiser June 12-13, featuring a wide variety of items, with proceeds benefiting the wetland.

The sale will be held from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. June 12 and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. June 13. A special event will take place at 11 a.m. June 13, when attendees can help restock the lake with fish.

Organizers are accepting donations of items for the sale. Smaller items can be arranged for drop-off in advance by contacting Sherrie at 330-447-6068. Larger items may be dropped off at the Zoar Wetland shelter June 11 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

No furniture with glass, including glass-top tables or curio cabinets, and no televisions will be accepted. Those with questions about donations are encouraged to call ahead.

Children and families are invited to participate in the fish release event.
