Infinity closes sale of former Long John Silver’s to Dunkin’

Infinity Representatives Real Estate Company, 128 Fair Ave. NW, New Philadelphia, has completed the sale of the former Long John Silver’s property to Dunkin’.

The real estate firm, which also handled the sale of the former Kmart property to Menards, worked to finalize the latest deal. Lead commercial realtor Michael J. Miller, lead commercial negotiator Terry Everett and co-commercial realtor Jessica Mendoza collaborated to close the transaction.

Dunkin’ is expected to bring jobs and generate tax revenue for New Philadelphia and Tuscarawas County.
